Increase the attainment and progress in writing, particularly for those children working above the age related expectations and for those children in year 3 and 4.
Improve the good teaching and learning of calculation methods in mathematics so that all pupils are working within age related expectations or above by the end of the year.
To develop effective systems for monitoring pupil progress across the school (in line with new assessment guidence and new curriculum).
To develop the role of middle leaders so that they provide increased capacity and direction to the overall vision of the school.
