Year 4 and 5 Dentist Visit

Year 4 and 5 had dentist, Dr Jordan, visit on Friday. 

They looked at the teeth of herbivores and carnivores. Then, they compared our teeth to those of animals.

Dr Jordan also had a real treat for us... Some real teeth! After getting over the shock, the children examined and learned about different types of teeth: molars, canines and incisors.

To wrap up the session, Dr Jordan talked about the food pyramid and the importance of keeping our teeth healthy and clean.
