Billy Blitz

Year 6 have been taking part in the Lancashire Library's Fantastic Book Awards. We voted for our favourite book which was Billy's Blitz written by Barbara Mitchellhill. We were lucky enough to be chosen to write the congratulation letter to her.

 Also we entered a competition where we made a movie trailer for a another FBA book, Ravenstorm Island and have won an author visit to our school in the summer term... more details to follow. We have enjoyed reading a variety of books and encourage you to read them to.
